More and more fully electric vehicles now offer a useful towing capacity. The BMW iX3 is one of the true powerhouses among electric cars. Both versions allow the Mercedes to set out with a respectable towing capacity of 850 kilograms. A towbar with an impressive 1.8 ton towing capacity is planned for the end of March.

Tesla is undoubtedly one of the pioneers of electromobility. This towbar is not approved for towing a trailer, but is designed for holding a bike carrier and offers a solid vertical load of 75 kilograms.
